And they devoted themselves to the apostles’
teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. We believe that fellowship is an integral part of being the church and the body of Christ. When Jesus shared a table with others he taught about himself as the journeying Prophet. Table fellowship was an chance for fellowship with God, who was present to teach about the kingdom and to offer the gifts of that kingdom at a table of reconciliation. There was no more intimate setting than when Jesus broke bread with "sinners" to show them that they had peace with God. Christ Lutheran continues to enjoy a great fellowship with one
another joined together in Christ. It's a time when we can come together
from all walks of life as a family. Plus we love to eat and to have fun,
and we have some awesome cooks!
